Breathwork involves intentionally regulating your breath. Breathwork balances the nervous system, promotes detoxification, helps your digestion, improves sleep and enhances mental clarity. It helps reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and improves oxygen flow to the brain and body.
Breathwork is simple and fundamental to my recovery. I became a Certified Breathwork Instructor. Attended various breathing workshops, a Wim Hoff course, and studied Conscious Connected breathwork.
