Sessions are conducted in person at my peaceful studio in Tairua or online depending on where you are located and your individual needs. There is an option for a walk and talk session after the first initial 6 coaching sessions
Yes — ongoing sessions are available after the coaching packages have been completed. You have the option of a full 1 hr session, a 30 min catch up or a walk and talk. This is great if you want to continue the momentum at your own pace.
Walk and Talk coaching combines personalised health coaching with the natural healing benefits of being in nature. Instead of a traditional indoor session, we head outside and work through your health journey together — side by side, one step at a time. Movement and fresh air create a uniquely calming and grounding experience that supports your nervous system while we focus on your goals, strategies, and progress. Available for in-person sessions in Tairua.

Breathwork is a powerful practice that uses conscious breathing techniques to release stress, process emotions, and support physical healing. It can help calm the nervous system — something that's often dysregulated in our everyday lives and particually with chronic illness.
Amber is trained in several breathwork modalities including the Wim Hof method and Conscious Connected Breathwork, and has attended various breathing workshops. Sessions draw on whichever approach best suits your goals and health situation.
Not at all. Sessions are suitable for complete beginners. Private sessions are especially helpful if you have trauma or specific health considerations.
Yes since 2022. I went from sleeping 16 hours a day, being unable to work or socialise, a 10 min walk was the only exercise I could manage, and barely being able to eat, to completing a solo 8-day hike in the South Island of NZ. Full recovery is possible — and that's the hope I brings to every client.
