My goal is to help individuals with chronic illnesses find relief and healing through techniques which helped my recovery.
The techniques which I focus on are meditation, breathwork, cold exposure, and brain retraining. These practices have the benefit of being free and anyone can practice them. It is empowering because these tools enable you to heal yourself. I believe that these methods combined with an in-depth understanding of your illness, how it started, why it remains, and what you can do to get well is empowering to creating the change necessary to heal.
We are individuals and we have unique needs and challenges when recovering from chronic illness. Personalised feedback, encouragement, and strategies to empower you and where you are on your journey is the fastest way to recovery. Everyone is different and what works changes through the process requiring a vast range of techniques to support you at different stages of your recovery. It can be a relief being able to talk to someone who understands you and where you are at. Along with many tools and techniques I will share information about health practitioners who supported and helped me during my recovery.
Healing from a chronic illness is not a quick fix. It takes, time, energy and commitment. The follow up coaching sessions are designed to provide ongoing support, accountability, and empowerment as you navigate the challenges of chronic illness and work towards your health goals.

Breathwork
Breathwork involves intentionally regulating your breath. Different breathwork techniques can stimulate the nervous system, promote detoxification, and enhance mental clarity. Breathing exercises can help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. Breathwork improves oxygen flow to the brain and body, and balances your nervous system.
Cold Exposure
Cold exposure, involves immersing the body in cold temperatures to promote various health benefits. Benefits include increased immune function, improved circulation, reduced inflammation, and enhanced mental clarity. It can help strengthen the nervous system, immune system response, and enhance resilience to stress.
Brain Retraining
Brain retraining techniques focus on identifying and changing thought patterns, beliefs, and behaviours that may be contributing to chronic illness or pain. It can help alleviate symptoms of anxiety, depression, and chronic stress, while promoting positive mindset and emotional resilience. By addressing the root causes of illness and transforming limiting beliefs, individuals can experience profound shifts in their health and well-being.
